I was lucky and happy to have a session. I was coming out of a sick and feverish weekend. I spent the next week coughing and coughing up my lungs. And on the weekend, I spent an hour in Candelaria’s sweet hands. The session was just to relax. Let go, feel your body, the feelings and thoughts, good or bad, that the session gives me. In the end Candelaria shared what she felt during this session. And there was where the magic happened . What she was telling me was the answer to the solution to the thoughts and feelings I had during the session.
